Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F. Grease baking dish with half the amount of oil and set aside.
Step 2
Combine cayenne, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper together in a bowl.
Step 3
Place chicken breast between two pieces of parchment paper. Pound chicken breasts on top of parchment paper to approx. 1/4" thickness using a kitchen mallet. Optional to place chicken in a ziplock bag instead of parchment paper to pound chicken.
Step 4
Brush chicken breast with the remaining amount of oil on both sides. and season with spice mixture.
Step 5
Place cheese on chicken and roll up, pressing firmly
Step 6
Wrap stuffed breast with a bacon slice; secure with a toothpick if necessary.
Step 7
Place wrapped chicken breast into prepared baking dish and cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside and bacon is cooking to your desired liking.
Step 8
Plate and serve. Enjoy!
