Instructions

Spinach

Step 1
Remove the stems from the spinach.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the spinach. Sauté the spinach until it has completely shrunk. Then season with salt and pepper.

Camembert pear

Step 3
Slice the pear and Camembert.
Step 4
Heat the butter in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the pear slices and rosemary and fry for about 2min until they become golden brown. Then flip.
Step 5
Place 2 slices of Camembert on each pear slice. Let melt for another 2 minutes.

Sandwich

Step 6
Spread each bread slice with olive oil. Toast until golden brown.
Step 7
Spread the bottom slice with garlic mayonnaise and fig mustard.
Step 8
Top it with the spinach and pear slices. Season with pepper.
Step 9
Drizzle on the honey.
Step 10
Sprinkle on the pomegranate seeds.
Step 11
Stack the other bread slice on top and enjoy!
