200gdry red lentils
2 teaspoonslemon juice
600mlvegetable stock cubes
300mlcoconut milk tin

for 2-3 min fry 30 sec

bring to
red lentils
coconut milk
boil
salt
pepper
lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter and fry onions and garlic for 2-3 min. Add spices and fry for next 30 sec. Add tomatoes, red lentils, coconut milk and bring to boil. Reduce the heat and boil for 25-30 min. until lentils are soft. Add salt and pepper as needed and add lemon juice.
