Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add lamb and cook 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain, stir in sumac/salt/pepper.

Spread tzatziki/hummus over flatbread. Top with lamb and cucumber slices, sprinkle with sumac.
