Instructions
Step 1
Fry the sausages until golden brown all over, remove from pan
Step 2
In the same pan fry the onion and pancetta, cook till onion is soft and golden and the pancetta is starting to crisp
Step 3
Add the garlic and stir to combine, fry for 2 minutes
Step 4
Sprinkle over the flour and stir in, allow it to cook in for a couple minutes more
Step 5
Slowly stir in the cider, cook till the alcohol has bubbled off and it starts to glaze the pan, stir in the mustard
Step 6
Add the sausages back in, reduce the heat, cook until thickened, season to taste
Step 7
Serve with Mashed potato and Vegetables
