Step 1
1. Pre-bake the frozen pie crust for 10 minutes at 400°. Pierce crust with fork all over before putting in oven.

2. Put spinach and cheese in crusts.

3. Whisk together egg, half and half, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Step 4
4. Pour over crusts.
Step 5
5. Bake 55-60 minutes at 350° and let quiche stand for 15 minutes before serving.
