Cook bacon
Step 2
Take the bacon out and add in celery and onion
cook until al dente

add in one stick of butter to pan
Step 4
add in salt and pepper
Step 5
dump the onions and celery with butter and bacon grease into bread.
Step 6
add in bacon to bread and let cool
Step 7
add chicken stock and seasonings. mix with hands and add sage till smells right- should be a light sage smell.
Step 8
cook at 350- 375 for 1-11/2 hours
