Instructions
Step 1
Put rice (2dl) and water (4dl) into rice cooker.

Step 2
Chop garlic and chilli into small pieces. Cut lemon into half.



Step 3
Put white pepper, honey and a dash of soya sauce on fish. Bake/ fry fresh fish with chopped garlic, chilli and oil for 5 mins. Frozen fish will take longer (15 mins).





Step 4
Put chopped cauliflower (frozen is easier) on separate pan. Add tap water, fish sauce and fish broth cube and boil for 10 mins.


Step 5
Put the cauliflower together with the broth sauce into the fish pan. Squeeze lemon juice into the pan.

Step 6
Cut the avocado into slices and place them on the serving plate.
