Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven, to 350 F or 180 C.
OvenPreheat
Step 2
Prepare your muffin pan. If you are not using liners, you can grease the pan lightly with oil. Any oil will do the job. Check notes about liners.
Muffin Pan
Step 3
Combine oat flour with unsweetened chocolate powder and brown sugar with a whisk. Add the baking soda, baking powder, and salt and stir well.
Whisk
Step 4
Add the milk, applesauce, apple cider vinegar, peanut butter, and vanilla, and combine well with the dry ingredients until you get a soft and smooth batter.
Step 5
Add the chocolate chips and combine them with a spatula or a spoon.
Step 6
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups. I almost filled them up to the top because the oat flour doesn’t rise as much as wheat flour.
Muffin Pan
Step 7
Bake for 25 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let them cool and Enjoy!
