Step 1
1. Preheat your hot box to 180°C and line a brownie tray with baking paper.
Step 2
2. Add your whey, casein, flour, stevias, baking powder and baking Soda to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
Step 3
3. Add Greek yoghurt, apple sauce, butter, Biscoff spread and vanilla then stir to combine.
Step 4
5. Pour half your mix into your lined brownie tray, place in your Oreos then cover with remaining mixture and cook for 20 minutes on 180°C.
Step 5
6. Remove from oven, allow to cool completely, slice into 12 and just smash every single once because let’s be honest here, blondies is your weakness just as much as it is mine. Don’t stress, though, I’ve put the calories below for the entire batch so you can track it. 🤌🏽😂
