Step 1

Whisk pomegranate mix, vinegar, shallot, honey, salt, and pepper in large bowl slowly drizzle in oil

Veggies, shaved celery root into thin ribbons, add celery ribs, frisée, pecorino, + 2tbsp of pomegranate seeds in a bowl

Sprinkle with walnuts and remaining pomegranate seeds.
