For the Chicken Thighs
For the Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Slice chicken into bite size pieces
Step 2
Dip chicken into beaten eggs
Step 3
Mix flour, cornstarch, salt and pepper
Step 4
After putting chicken into eggs mix into flour corn start mixture
Step 5
Fry chicken in hot oil (350) until cooked through and crispy. Set aside may want to work in batches
Sauce
Step 6
Start by pan frying garlic, green onions and ginger
Step 7
Then add all sauce ingredients together in a separate bowl and whisk. Honey, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ketchup
Step 8
Add sauce to the pan with the green onions, garlic and ginger
Step 9
Cook on low heat until the sauce thickens
Step 10
Add in cooked chicken and mix
