Instructions

Sauce

Step 1
Chop the parsley
Step 2
To a small bowl add the mayonnaise, mustard, pepper and parsley. Mix until we’ll combined.

Sandwich

Step 3
Boil the egg for 6 minutes
Step 4
Cut the bell pepper in half. Remove the stem.
Step 5
Spread both halves with the sauce.
Step 6
Add the salad and cheese to one half.
Step 7
Peel the egg and place into the bell pepper.
Step 8
Finish with the turkey ham.
Step 9
Stack the other bell pepper half on top and enjoy!
