Instructions
Step 1
Chop veg and mix together, then divide into silicone muffin tray
Step 2
Whisk eggs, egg whites, milk, cottage cheese, oregano and salt and pepper together. Pour into silicone muffin tray over the veg
Step 3
Crumble feta into each section and bake at gas mark 7 for 30 - 45 minutes, depending how crappy your oven is
Step 4
Allow to cool then store in the fridge for up to 4 days
