Chicken Enchiladas — SAM THE COOKING GUY
A staple for almost any group event I do. Start with a simple deli roasted chicken and end with the most luxurious and delicious white enchiladas...ever.

Instructions
Step 1
Shred rotisserie chicken
Step 2
Mix chipotle, green chilies, and salsa verde into chredded chicken.
Step 3
Pour one cup of heavy cream into the bottom of a 13 × 9 dish.
Step 4
Dip tortillas into the chicken broth, then fill with chicken mix.
Step 5
Lay them into the heavy cream in your baking dish. Cover with monterrey jack cheese first and then the remaining cup of heavy cream on top.
Step 6
Bake for 35-40 minutes on 350°.
Step 7
TO MAKE CHORIZO CREAM: Cook 10oz of chorizo then mix with 1 pint of heavy cream and let simmer.
