Instructions

Step 1
Use simple Chinese rice
Step 2
Heat the yogurt with an egg, rice and water added. Stir constantly non stop on medium heat, before the mass starts boiling and the smoke is visible.
Step 3
When started boiling, add all herbs finely chopped. Stir non stop until herbs become little yellow in color
Step 4
Turn off the heat, continue to stir for about 10 minutes while doiga is cooling down
