Gyeran bap - Korean egg rice 🍳 a super simple meal just using egg and rice but it’s comfortingly good!! Honestly, the only cooking skill you need for this is just frying an egg! Refer to my ig link for video!

Step 1
Fry an egg.

Lay steamed rice in a bowl

Add a small slab of butter.

Add egg.

Season with light soya sauce and sesame oil.
Step 6
Garnish with chopped spring onions, seaweed strips and sesame seeds.
Step 7
Serve with a side of kimchi.
Step 8
Mix the rice bowl before digging it!!!
