Gyeran bap - Korean egg rice ๐Ÿณ a super simple meal just using egg and rice but itโ€™s comfortingly good!! Honestly, the only cooking skill you need for this is just frying an egg! Refer to my ig link for video!

Instructions

Step 1
Fry an egg.

Lay steamed rice in a bowl

Add a small slab of butter.

Add egg.
Step 5
Season with light soya sauce and sesame oil.
Step 6
Garnish with chopped spring onions, seaweed strips and sesame seeds.
Step 7
Serve with a side of kimchi.
Step 8
Mix the rice bowl before digging it!!!
