Instructions
Step 1
Add butter to saucepan sauté onions garlic chicken and corn until corn browns.
Step 2
Sprinkle flour over all and cook until flour browns
Step 3
Add water and bullion cube and chili powder/flakes. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes
Step 4
Add rice, cover, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 20 more minutes
Step 5
Add milk and cook for 5 minutes on low heat
Step 6
Serve with parsley or chives
