Combine flour, white parts of scallions, and cabbage in one bowl
Step 2
In second bowl combine water, eggs, and salt
Step 3
Mix together and stir gently
Step 4
Create pancake on hot griddle, cook one side 4min, bacon on top, flip and cook other side 5min
