Instructions
For the Sauce
Step 1
Chop the pineapples and veg into small pieces
Step 2
Apply a little sunflower oil to a frying pan and place the, onions and peppers in the pan. Cook the ingredients on a medium tot high heat
Step 3
In a saucepan, mix the brown sugar, malt vinegar, ketchup and soy sauce
Step 4
in a separate bowl, mix the cornflour and water and add to the mixture.
Step 5
Add the pineapples to the mixture, stir and heat the saucepan to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes
Step 6
Add the chicken, onions and peppers to the sauce stir together ready to serve
For the Noodles
Step 7
Cook the noodles in accordance with the packet instructions
