Instructions
Step 1
1. Cut the chicken into bit-sized pieces and marinate in plastic bag 1.5 hour or more.
Step 2
2. Once chicken has marinated, saute meat on medium high heat with chili powder, salt and pepper. Remove from heat on to a plate when cooked through, about 6 minutes
Step 3
3. Saute desired veggies - red pepper, yellow pepper and onions, sliced- in any leftover marinade, about 8-10 minutes
Step 4
4. Add meat to pan, cook until meat is warmed.
Step 5
5. Serve w/ tortillas, chopped lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, avocado, hot pepper rings, taco sauce, olives - whatever you like! Enjoy
