Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onion in butter until soft. Allow to cool slightly.



Step 2
In a large bowl, combine onion, ground meat, bread crumbs, apples, eggs, parsley, pepper, salt, allspice, your choice of mustard, and ketchup.












Step 3
Form into loaf and place in 10x14 pan or pack into a large greased loaf pan.


Step 4
Bake at 350F for an hour.

Step 5
Remove from oven and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
