Instructions

Step 1
Drain tofu. Cut each package into six equal, rectangular pieces. Spread them out on a cutting board or tray.
Step 2
Sprinkle both sides lightly with sea salt and lemon pepper seasoning. Spread 1/2-1 tsp balsamic vinegar on each tofu piece.
Step 3
Combine breading ingredients. Bread each piece of tofu, being generous with the breading.
Step 4
Preheat skillet and add just enough oil to cover. Brown both sides. Serve immediately!
