Ingredients
8 servings
1kgrolled noodles
chopped into quarters
½ cuppeanut butter
2 tspyellow curry paste
2 TbspTamari
1 clovegarlic
diced
6 Tbspwater
1 Tbspsesame oil
or choice of oil
optional garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Heat sesame oil or choice of oil in a pan over medium to high heat. Add the chopped rolled noodles and sauté for 5, or until beginning to brown.
Step 2
Add the diced garlic and sauté for a further 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 3
To a jar, add the peanut butter, curry paste, tamari and water. Season with salt and pepper, seal the lid and shake or stir until well combined.
Step 4
To serve, spread the rolled noodles over a plate. Drizzle over the peanut sauce and optionally garnish with spring onion, chilli and toasted sesame seeds.
