Step 1
Preheat oven to 375

Step 2
Mix 1/2 cup oil, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs. Beat until yellow and glossy.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients and mix until blended. Can substitute (or add) raisins or blueberries.
Step 4
Pour mixture into a greased 6x10 pan (or double recipe for a 9x13 pan)
Step 5
Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 6
Serve warm with milk.
