Instructions
Step 1
Soak mushrooms in water for a few hours
Step 2
Stir fry garlic & ginger
Step 3
Squeeze mushrooms to remove excess water and add to the pan
Step 4
Add oyster sauce, salt, brown sugar & water
Step 5
Mix well, close lid, bring to boil and reduce heat.
Step 6
Leave for 20 mins
Step 7
Serve in the broth with stir fried Pak Choi.
