Instructions
Step 1
Dice some garlic, transfer to a small plate; clean A-Choy and break it into small segments (roughly 5-6 inches long), drain and set aside.
Step 2
Heat up lard or cooking oil in a skillet, add in diced garlic to fry once heated. Further put in fresh A-Choy to stir fry on high heat for under a minute. Season it with salt and chicken powder as soon as A-Choy color changes. Quickly mix well and transfer to a plate, serve warm.
