Instructions

Step 1
Spiralize zucchini and trim noodles. Place in a bowl and season with salt. Wait 5 minutes. Press out excess liquid with paper towels.
Step 2
Dice bacon. Cook in a skillet over medium heat 4-5 minutes.
Step 3
Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add zucchini noodles and cook 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Whisk the half-and-half/yogurt and cornstarch. Pour into the skillet and mix.
Step 6
Add peas and cook 3-4 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
Step 7
Top with Parmesan.
Step 8
Let stand 3-5 minutes to thicken.
