Step 1

To make enough dough for one big oven tray you’ll need to mix two cups of flour, one tablespoon of vinegar, one tablespoon of yeast, 3 tablespoons of yogurt, a teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of an oil of ur choice. Mix them will with your hands and add water until you get a firm dough. Oil a bowl and put the dough in it.

Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place and in the meantime make the sauce

To a pot add finely chopped onions, garlic and bell pepper. Let them cook until the onions are translucent and the bell pepper is soft. Add your mushrooms and corn ( i use canned ones but that’s up to you ) let the ingredients cook until everything is softened then add ur canned of fresh tomatoes. Season it with salt, pepper, paprika powder, onions garlic, garlic powder, oregano. Let it cook until it thickens a bit

Step 4
Oil ur oven pan and roll out your dough to the size of the pan and place it there. Melt some butter and add garlic to it and coat the dough (foucs on the edges)


Step 5

Sprinkle a small amount of cheese to the dough
Step 6

Put your sauce and place the pan in the middle rack of the oven on the highest setting your oven has
Step 7

Check on it every 10 min and when the crust is cooked take it out place some cheese on the top and put it back in the top rack of the oven until it golden
Step 8
Once golden take it out and enjoy. :3
