Instructions

Step 1
Season pork with salt
Step 2
Brown pork in a pot with some oil, remove to a seperate bowl
Step 3
Once all the pork is browned, add more oil and gently cook the onions over medium heat until soft, stirring occasionally

Remove from heat and add paprika, stir
Step 5
Return pot to heat and add tomato, bell pepper, pork, and beer
Step 6
Bring to a simmer and cook until pork is tender and cooked through, stir occasionally (about 45 minutes)
Step 7
Once pork is done mix the sour cream and flour together till smooth and then add to the pot and simmer an additional 4-5 minutes to thicken slightly
Step 8
Serve with nookedli or cooked rotini pasta
