3 pounds chicken wings
3 tbs shawarma seasoning
1/2 cup plain yogurt
5 cloves crushed garlic
3 tsp salt
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbs baking powder
2 tsp sumac
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. marinate as long as possible overnight is best. Bake for 30 minutes at 350° then raise the temperature to 425° for an additional 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and crisp or air fry 400° 15-20 minutes and enjoy!
