Crust
2 tablespoonsbutter
2 tablespoonsmaple syrup
¼ cupbananas
very ripe, mashed
1egg
beaten
¼ teaspoonalmond extract
½ cupflour
plus 1 tablespoon
½ cuprolled oats
plus 1 tablespoon
½ teaspoonbaking powder

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Step 2
To make the crust: In a large bowl, cream butter and maple syrup together.
Step 3
Add banana, egg, and almond extract and combine well.
Step 4
In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, and baking powder.
Step 5
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and combine well.
Step 6
Spray 9 inch tart pan that has a removable bottom with with vegetable cooking spray and press crust in evenly with slightly wet hands.
Step 7
Bake until crust is just beginning to brown and is dry to the touch, about 20 minutes.
Step 8
Let cool on a wire rack.
Step 9
To make the filling: In a medium bowl, fold together yogurt and orange juice concentrate.
Step 10
Spread the mixture evenly in cooled tart crust, then arrange raspberries on top.
Step 11
Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
