Step 1
On medium-high heat, put 2 chicken breasts on an oiled pan. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic, another drizzle of olive oil, and the balsamic vinegar. Cook thoroughly (around 6 -8 minutes).
Step 2
Cut the peach into thin slices. Add it to the pan with chicken breast and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Dice the red onion and cucumber. Slice the avocado.
Step 4
Build the bowl! Add as much kale as you want (I did around 1 cup and sliced it to be thinner). Add another half cup or so of broccoli slaw. Add in the onion, cucumber, and avocado.
Step 5
Once the chicken and peaches are done, add them into the bowl. Top with EBTB and balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
