Ingredients

½ cupsugar
2 Tbspbrown sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 1
Line baking sheet with parchement paper; set aside.
Step 2
Cream butter & sugars together until light & creamy. Add egg, lemon juice, & vanilla; mix until smooth.
Step 3
Gently mix in flour, corn starch, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, & salt.
Step 4
Scoop out equally sized cookie dough balls; top them with the cinnamon-sugar mixture
Step 5
Chill in freezer (15 min.); bake (14 min.) Cool cookies on baking sheet (10 min.) before transferring to a cooling rack to cool fully.
Cinnamon-Sugar Mixture
Step 6
Mix the softened butter, brown sugar, sugar, flour, & cinnamon together in a small bowl then divide into 7 little balls.
Step 7
Top cookies with cinnamon-sugar mixture; gently press on top before freezing cookie dough balls.
Cream Cheese Frosting
Step 8
Cream butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, & vanilla together until smooth & creamy. Fill piping bag cream cheese frosting; pipe frosting to create a beautiful swirl design. Enjoy!

Step 9
You can store these cookies in an airtight container in the fridge (up to 7 days). Because they have cream cheese frosting it’s better not to leave them out at room temp.

If you do prefer to leave them out at room temp., leave them unfrosted in an airtight container. When ready to enjoy them, frost & enjoy!
