Garlic & Herb Sauce
Instructions
Make the Garlic Butter
Step 1
To a small bowl, add the melted butter, parsley, garlic, parmesan, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix together and set aside.
Prepare the Potatoes and Bake
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Step 3
Rinse the potatoes well to clean and slice each one in half. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 4
Add the garlic and herb butter to the bowl and toss the potatoes in until combined well.
Step 5
Add the 1/2 cup of grated parmesan to a bowl. Dip each potato so that the flat side with no skin is covered in parmesan. Press down so the parmesan sticks on and transfer to a non-stick tray. Repeat with the rest of the potatoes.
Step 6
Pop in the oven to bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown and crispy and the center is cooked through - soft and fluffy.
Step 7
Take out of the oven and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
