Instructions
Step 1
Stir fry chopped green onion, until fragrant
Step 2
Add sliced onion with 2 tbsp soy sauce, cook until soft
Step 3
Add water, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, bring to a boil
Step 4
Mix together cornstarch and 5 tbsp water to create cornstarch slurry, add into soup
Step 5
Once boiling, add eggs
Step 6
Turn off heat, cover and let residual heat do it’s thang for 3 min
Step 7
Drizzle sesame oil, top with extra chopped green onions
