Instructions

Step 1
Dice red potatoes into 1 inch pieces (peel if you wish). Boil in a medium pot on high until soft. Add chopped onion and cook until semi soft (3-5 minutes).
Step 2
Strain potatoes and onions. While draining, melt butter in pot. Add potatoes and onions back into the pot.
Step 3
Add milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley to pot. Heat until desired temperature. Serve immediately.
