Instructions
Step 1
In a pan on medium high heat, toast the peanuts until fragrant.
Step 2
Put the peanuts in a blender and blend until very finely chopped (not saucy)
Step 3
Cut the onion, garlic and tomato finely and add them to a pan with a touch of sunflower seed oil. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
Step 4
Add the peanut powder, 250ml of water and the curry powder. Cook for 10 minutes covered and 20 minutes uncovered, until a paste forms
