Instructions
Step 1
Peel and grate the fresh ginger to yield 1 tbsp. Remove the seeds and veins from the pepper and dice. Cut the chicken cutlets into 1-inch pieces.
Step 2
Stir together the orange juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, and crushed red pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
Step 3
heat 2 tsp. of the sesame oil in a large nonstick skillet or work over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add the chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 4 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a plate. Set aside.
Step 4
Do not remove the chicken dripping, and heat the remaining 2 tsp. of sesame oil in the same skillet. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and ginger; stir fry until crisp-tender, about 1 minute. Return the chicken to the skillet along with the orange juice mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce bubbles and thickens, about 1 minute. Transfer to the platter; sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
