Instructions
Step 1
Pour water and beef stock into a saucepan and bring to a boil, then add the macaroni and cook as per instructions

Get a mixing bowl add your beef mince or diced beef and seasoning with the spices

Then place a pan on the stove and bring it up to a medium-high heat
Step 4
While the pan is heating dice up the onion and garlic, then add a Tbsp of butter to the pan let it melt before throwing in your onions and garlic

Fry for a couple minutes before adding in the sliced green peppers and cooking for another minute or two.
Step 6
At this point add in your beef mince, break it up and cook for around 8-10 minutes
Step 7
Next add in the sour cream, stir till combined then add the grated cheddar shortly followed by the cream cheese.
Step 8
Mix everything in then add the cooked pasta and mix again till creamy
Step 9
Serve into four meal prep boxes, enjoy!
