Instructions
Step 1
1. Cut steak into fine strips, fry in hot butter until golden brown.
Step 2
2. In a separate pan, fry onion, garlic, nutmeg, mushrooms, gherkins, pepper and salt for 10 minutes.
Step 3
3. Add cooked steak.
Step 4
4. Stir in sour cream slowly until smooth and hot (but not boiling).
Step 5
5. Add brandy and parsley topping. Serve.
