Instructions
Step 1
Coarsely grate potato, cabbage and courgette, add salt and pepper and chopped garlic. Mix in a bowl.
Step 2
Heat 1 tbs oil and butter in a large non-stick frying pan on medium temperature. Add bowl contents into frying pan - should be 0.75 to 1cm thick. Fry on each side for approx 10-15 minutes, until brown and crispy.
Step 3
Cut in half, serve with Salmon, Creme Fresh, Lemon wedge and Capers.
