Instructions

Step 1
Sauté onions plus celery in a bout 1 oz butter till soft
Step 2
Sprinkle in about 3 tbsp of flour plus blend in with the onions
Step 3
Gradually add milk to make a bechamelsaus sauce - smooth and thickened
Step 4
Add fish in smallish pieces. If using raw fish first summer in the sauce for a few mins. Add parsley if you want. Add salt and pepper
Step 5
Pour it all into a pie dish
Step 6
Cover with the potato slices
Step 7
Sprinkle with cheese e.g. grated cheddar or feta or whatever
Step 8
Put it in the oven on about 160 degrees for about 30 mins
