Instructions

Veggie Prep

Step 1
Cut ends of green beans and chop into 3-4 cm pieces
Step 2
Dice onions
Step 3
Slice zucchini and carrots in Hamilton Beach slicer (spirals)
Step 4
Chop cauliflower into 2 cm florets

Instant Pot

Step 5
Add green beans with minimum amount of water (2 cups) -- 1 min

Sautee

Step 6
Sautee onions with ginger, salt and pepper (not too much salt since miso)

Main Soup

Step 7
Add cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, sautee to main pot with water and bring to a boil.
Step 8
Add green beans to pot

Finish and Serve

Step 9
Dilute miso with hot water, then add to pot
Step 10
Add noodles to separate pot, pour boiling water and bring back to a boil. Add a little bit of salt and wait 3-5 min until done. Then drain them and add them to main soup
