0.5onion
medium size, chopped

200gcremini mushrooms
fresh, chopped
200gdried bay bolete mushrooms
soaked overnight

100gtomato sauce

4bay leaves

5whole allspice berries
Instructions
Step 1

Sauté onions and vegan sausage.
Step 2

Add cremini mushrooms.
Step 3

Pour tomato sauce and add sauerkraut. Once it starts to boil add bay bolete mushrooms, spices and boil bigos on low for 2-3 hours.
