Instructions
Step 1
Sautée onion in 1 tsp butter then add 1 tsp garlic
Step 2
Add the frozen okra and stir. Leave for a couple of minutes
Step 3
Add the tomato paste and stir
Step 4
Add the juiced tomatoes and the minced Chili
Step 5
Add the salt, pepper, paprika, sugar and meat broth
Step 6
Add the water and bring to a boil on medium high heat
Step 7
Add lemon juice. Turn down the heat and leave to simmer for 30 minutes
Step 8
In a separate pan, melt the remaining butter, then slightly fry the remaining garlic
Step 9
Add to the okra stew right before you turn of the heat
