Instructions

Step 1
Whisk oil, pickling liquid, lime juice and fish sauce and a large bowl
Step 2
Add pickled ginger, lettuce, cabbage, jalapeno, garlic, peanuts, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds
Step 3
Mix to combine
Step 4
Transfer to a serving platter or Bowl in sprinkle with cilantro, chickpea flour and crushed red pepper
