fried
¼ cupspickled ginger
thinly sliced
1 tablespoonpickled ginger liquid
2 tablespoonslime juice
1 tablespoonfish sauce
6 cupsromaine lettuce
sliced
2 cupsgreen cabbage
shredded
0.25jalapenos
seated and minced
3 Tbspgarlic
fried
2 tablespoonschopped roasted peanuts
2 tablespoonstoasted sunflower seeds
1 tablespoontoasted sesame seeds
½ cupsfresh cilantro
1 ½ tablespoonschickpea flour
toasted
¼ teaspoonscrushed red pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk oil, pickling liquid, lime juice and fish sauce and a large bowl
Step 2
Add pickled ginger, lettuce, cabbage, jalapeno, garlic, peanuts, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds
Step 3
Mix to combine
Step 4
Transfer to a serving platter or Bowl in sprinkle with cilantro, chickpea flour and crushed red pepper
