Instructions
Step 1
Rehydrate the dried chillis in boiling water so it will turn into a paste
Step 2
Remove seeds and blend chillis with garlic, spices, peppers and tomato paste.
Step 3
Add the juice of the lemon at the end.
Step 4
Finish off by blending and adding the olive oil slowly. Add as much as you like your texture to be - I go for somewhere between 4-6 tbsp.
