Instructions
Step 1
Start by soaking the dried chilis in hot water for about 20 minutes. While you wait, roast the bell peppers either on a grill or directly on the stove fire.
Step 2
Take the stem and seeds off the chilis and remove the skin from the bell peppers once they’ve finished rehydrating and roasting
Step 3
In a blender, add the spices together and blend until they’re mixed and the caraway seeds have powdered almost completely.
Step 4
Add all the other ingredients to the blender and, while blending, slowly add the olive oil. Blend until your desired consistency and serve! Enjoy!
