Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven at 180C Prépare Bain Marie. Bring milk to the boil. Take off heat add cream. Add egg yolks and sugar. Heat up slowly DO NOT BOIL. Place ramekin dishes in Bain Marie cook 50 mins
Step 2
Use blow torch to melt sugar on top of cold crème brûlée when about to serve.
